Hotel management is a sought after course. There is scope both in India and overseas. In order to be eligible, you must be atleast 10+2. Certificate courses last for upto 6 months to even 1 year. Diploma could be more than a year and upto 2 years and a formal degree would be around 3 years. You can't go for MBA in travel and tourism since the only requirement is considering only graduation in your degree but you can go for small Diploma or online course to know more about the airline industry.

It is true that both BBA as well as B.Com lead to MBA. However, while B.Com can lead to a wide array of post graduate specialisations, a BBA degree on the other hand, can only lead to MBA.
