School of Broadcasting and Communication is not a university, but a college. This college is affiliated with Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, which has a solid reputation in this field. As far as whether it's good or not, that's a difficult question to answer. Different people will give you different answers. I personally find the syllabus informative and I like the balance they have of education and promoting work experience. However, I know people who do not like this college and are considering leaving it. So, here's something you should consider. If you are looking for a typical college life

Hi Richa,
Congratulations for clearing the NIFT entrance exam. The NIFT counselling must have started by now. Wait till your turns come. With a 625 CMR, you have a lot of options. There are 6 departments: Fashion Design, Knitwear Design, Textile Design, Leather Design, Accessory Design and Fashion Communication. You can go with the one that suits you the best and you'll easily get any of the departments though I cannot be sure in which city.
Anyways, all the best.
