Find out your rank with help of any rank calculator online and enter your rank in the link given below and get the list of best colleges and definitely, if you get B.Tech CS you should go for it. For there is more scope than B.Sc CS.

MBA is good option after B.Com:
You have to first decide which stream you would like to have a job in.
You have done courses in both commerce and IT.
For either of them, you need to have the required conceptual knowledge.
If you are plan to be in the IT field, then probably you need to do some programming courses too like from NIIT or APTECH.
Make sure that you are well prepared for the tests and the interview round.
