It's better that you do engineering as you don't have much scope in B.Sc. It's just a waste and you will get a lot more opportunities in BE than in B.Sc.

Placement wing:
Placements in our college are relatively better than other colleges our city. But most of the placements are for the students who are studying computer science in their Bachelors course.
Remarks:
Our college has a huge alumni network. Many of the senior students still interact with us and we share our experiences with our juniors. Our alumni also consisted of many prominent personalities of our state, so I must say that our college has a vast alumni network.

You should think about applying to a number of respectable B.Arch colleges in Hyderabad if you received 96 NATA points. Notable options include Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University (JNAFAU) and the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), both located in Hyderabad. Both universities are renowned for their top-notch architecture departments and buildings. In Hyderabad, you may also look into other private schools, making sure that they will support your academic and professional objectives.

First try for NIT's. Go for NIT Raipur, MNIT Jaipur, NIT Patna or NIT Hamirpur. You'll most probably get a seat in one of these colleges. Else you can go for Chandigarh College of Architecture, Nirma University and there other institutes you can apply for. But I feel these options are sufficient enough for you.
