I am afraid IIMs do not offer MBA in Entrepreneurship. However, IIMs are a great breeding place for entrepreneurs. They have innovation and incubation centers that nurtures a start-up / new ventures.
However following are some of the good institutes to pursue MBA in Entrepreneurship:

~ Carlton Business School, Hyderabad.
~ Institute of Management, Nirma University, Ahmadabad

Seats reserved for candidates based on state of eligibility.
