It can get difficult for you to get admission in US not having completed UG degree. How will you show what you were doing during this period?
Also, to study for UG in US you will need to appear for SAT exam and score a minimum of 1800.

About salary------
It depends on your qualifications, where you work, and what sort of work pattern you do. For instance, an unlicenced fitter will probably be looking at about 20,000 per year in the UK. An EASA licensed engineer with type ratings can be on double that. If you hold a B1 & B2 licence, with more than one type rating, you're looking at around 50,000.
