there is no IIM in mumbai. As of now, we have 14 IIMs at ahmedabad, bangalore, calcutta, indore, kozhikode, lucknow, shillong, ranchi, rohtak, raipur, trichy, udaipur and kashipur.

Hi Sagar, May I ask how have you managed to score the unique score of 6.9 in IELTS?
Rightly said by brainstorm consultant it is difficult to get admission wiht this low score, so I will recommend you to go for GRE. Prepare well and only then appear, the score may help you to get a better list of univ.
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.

HI Vineet, although lot of requirements are not clearly specified but keeping in mind the reputation of INSEAD, on can say that it will take students with 700+ in GMAT with a good 5 yrs managerial or supervisory work ex.
The CV and SOP will have to be detailed and talk well about the job responsibilities and initiatives.
