Yes, you can. MBA is a Master's degree and you would be totally eligible to pursue any course you desire after MBA.

There is no Diploma course in education at Symbiosis Distance Learning. NIOS provides D.El.Ed through open mode if you are interested. But, there are various other diploma courses provided by Symbiosis Center for Distance learning. Find them here at http://www.scdl.net/DiplomaPrograms.aspx

Executive courses are available to working professionals who have some experience. If you are one them, you can pursue an executive course. You can opt for BBA through distance mode from several universities like IGNOU, Amity, SMU, etc. The best option would be IGNOU as it a government institute and offers flexibility in course. And also, it is definitely valid.

It is a regular course. Aviation Management cannot be taught at home, or neither you can learn it from yourself.

The degree is usually mailed after 4 or 5 months of publishing results. This could also be delayed by various reasons. You should better contact the university and tell them that you haven't recieved the degree yet. They will tell you all necessary information.

It's not compulsory to get admission in 2-year full-time PGP programme from IIMs but it's good to average as it gives you additional weightage over other candidates.

IIT JAM is the best exam to provide admission in top colleges of India. It is conducted once a year. There are also several state conducted entrance exams each year too like DU entrance exam.
