You can pursue certification courses that is related to your line of work. You cannot do Diploma and Degree now, because you don't have class 10th and class 12th. You can also pursue Secondary Education from NIOS and then after that pursue a Diploma or degree.

Fashion Technology is a good course in terms of scope and package. However it doesn't have any much significant outside Fashion Industry. So keep that in mind. You can register for COMEDK by going to it's official website. The Registration fees varies from year to year, it's approximately Rs. 2500-3000. In COMEDK Examination, questions are asked from both class 11th and class 12th syllabus and are of NCERT level. Hope you got your answer.

There is no such restriction on General category students that they are not eligible. General category students generally have to score more to be eligible but even that criteria is very relaxed. AUS conduct their entrance exam for which you can refer here :- https://www.ausadmission.in.

You need to qualify NATA/ IIT-JEE Paper 2 exam, with maths, chemistry and physics, the score should be above 50% and also overall your score of more than 50% in class 12th.

You will have to appear for a PG entrance exam of the university and qualify it to enter into M.Tech Environmental Engg.

The question paper is set according to the guidelines of AICTE and State Technical Boards. So one paper could not be harder or easier. If you want then you can download papers of both universities and decide for yourself which is harder for you.
