It is an autonomous institute. It claims to be recognised by government but presents no proof for the claim. What you can do now is to check with University in Mumbai whether it is acceptable to them or not. If you really want to go deep, file an RTI to the Delhi Education Department and ask for the status of NBSE's recognition. If someone is seeking admission, suggest them NIOS (government recognised). http://nbseindia.in/recognition/

Between Regular MBA and Hotel Management, choosing one could be quite difficult if you don't have any information about the scope and possibilities. Lets begin by seeing what is different in Hotel Management than MBA. Hotel Management primarily focuses on the Hotel as you would have guessed by name. MBA on the other hand covers all aspects of the Management. SO if you want to go in Hotel Management line, go for Hotel Management. IF you want to go in any other management then choose Regular MBA.
