Choosing a course that you can pursue would depend mainly on two aspects one is your preference and the other your career interest. It would not be right on our end to provide you with any information with out knowing these two aspects.

Confusion would not be a good aspect as will lead to wrong decisions. You should opt for a career stream depending on your area of interest and goal clarity. Both CA and CS are good options and choosing one among these would depend on your area of interest. Both the courses are entirely different to one another and is not related to MBA degree. MBA is another career entity and should be pursued by those who are keen to pursue a career in Management field.

Although, in todays world of globalization where technology is at its peak, SAP is one of the sought after course but, I would like to add one thing here that as every individual is different so is his strengths and capabilities, so if talk in terms of growth and job opportunities it would largely depend on your own performance on the program and how you use the knowledge earned to get success in your career.
However, the program you have chosen is a right program which is very much related to your field. Another suggestion which I would like to add here is go for training only through SAP authorized centres.
