Hi Harika,
Although every board has there own systems & criterion to give Intermediate certification but according to Board of Intermediate Education, A.P. candidates, who have a gap of one year after passing the qualifying examination i.e., S.S.C. or its equivalent, are eligible to appear only for first year I.P.E. & if the gap period is two years or more, then they can appear for both 1st and 2nd year Intermediate Public Examinations at a time.
So if you are doing your intermediate through BIE or any college affiliated with it and you dont have 2 or more than 2 years of gap you can not take Examinations of both the year together.

A SOP is required only if you are planning to pursue the degree from a University / Institution located abroad. SOP is one of the most important application which tell the college managemnet who you are, your strengths, your career plans etc.

BBA is offered for three years in Uk the Living exp for one year is aprox 7200 ponds which is in Rs.5,20,000/- and fees for one year will be between 7000 - 15000 for an year .
So aprox for one year expenses including tuition fees n living is in Rs.12,00,000/-, Plus u have part time job visa u can work 20 hours per week n in uk min wage per hour is 5.75 , So in most cases student recover their living exp by working part time .
