Hi Pavan,
First of all i want you to go through these entry requirements before applying in any university in Germany :-Bachelors degree or equivalent, preferably in the field of Engineering, Mathematics or Natural Sciences- General Management Admission Test (GMAT),English language Test like Toefl, A minimum of one years work experience after the bachelor degree.

Dear Rachit Simple answer to your query is If u want to get in in Good and high rated uni or college then u need to have at least 70 % in 12th plus u need to give IELTS 6.5 is accepted for Undergraduate courses. As the course structure for bachelors is same as in India it will for three years there. Now u have choice of colleges and uni all undergraduate courses starting from 4000 - 18000 ponds per year. Hi Pooja,
As per your interest you can go for any program which attracts you more you can make your career in engineering and any science related field as per your interest. Germany is basically famous for Engineering and research and These are the universities which are highly popular among the Indian students:- RWTH Aachen , University of Duisburg-Essen , Technical University of Berlin , University of Stuttgart , Technical University Dresden.
