As per your query it seems that you wish to pursue MS degree from universities in Canada so regarding this please remember application deadlines in Canadian universities for international students are set by the department delivering each program, and these deadlines may be as early as 12 months before the program begins.
So, in order to know the exact application deadline it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall,universities in Canada have 2 admission intake in a year namely:
- Fall(September) intake.
- Spring(January) intake.
In most of the universities the deadline for fall intake is July and for spring intake it is November.
So it would be always advisable to take GRE and TOEFL or IELTS test atleast 4-5 months in advance of your planned admission intake.
So you should take these tests as early as possible and try for admission in fall (September) 2014 intake and in case you miss the application deadline then you try for the subsequent intake i.e Spring(January) 2015.
