Biomedical engineering - Historically, the biggest developments are related to imaging (fMRI, PET, electron microscopes) and prosthetics (pacemakers, cochlear implants). It is physics-heavy engineering applied to medicine. The idea is to make machines interact with organisms. Unlike biotech, the end goal of BME technology is for use with humans and usually involves medical applications, though the military is sometimes interested as well.
Biotechnology - Historically, the biggest successes under this field are related to vaccines, agriculture, cloning, bio-fuels, industrial enzymes, and drugs. You are working with DNA, tissues, micro-organisms, viruses, and complex proteins. The idea is to harness biological processes to work for you. There is less of a physics-machinery connotation when compared to BME, and medicine is not necessary involved. Some universities will categorize all medical biotech as BME.
Biomedical science - This is distinct from the other two in that it is science while the other two are engineering. Whereas biomedical engineers emphasize the creation of new technology, biomedical scientists focus on advancing the theoretical knowledge that enables biomedical engineers and the people who use biomedical technology to do their jobs.
