Hi Sonika, a very good GMAT score will definitely help. I will say a score of 700 is the minimum you should target.An IELTS of 7 and higher is generally required. Different universities have different admission requirements, you have to check the websites.Scholarships are on merit, if you have a good profile the university will consider you for scholarship.You can also check British Council website for funding options.

Sinhgad College-Pune Maharashtra is doing well, they have a nice infrastructure, faculty and student ratio is good and internship placement and job placement cell is very active. BBA syllabus includes compulsory papers on Accountancy ( Financial Accountancy and Cost Accountancy ). Subjects are not tough. As CA is tough, most of CA aspirants do graduation to cover their career risk in case they are unable to clear CA. It is not necessary to do graduation degree after CA for job or career growth. Most the universities accept CA for higher studies such as MBA.

In order to seek admission in MBA you require graduation degree from a recognised university with 50% or more marks. You may have to devote average 20 hour per week to do MBA by distance learning. This include contact classes both physical and web based.

It won't be easy to get into the second year. It will depend on the university's credit point requirements and if you have met them. Also, you completed your Bachelor's through distance and open learning so additional credit point requirements must be met. You must, firstly, have good academic grades if you want to get into a good university. The eligibility criteria is different for different universities and countries. If you are planning for Us, you must take GRE. You must also take IELTS or TOEFL. Your SOP and LOR will also be very crucial along with your project works and research works.
