Hello, Yes, you can take IBPS Bank Exams. To appear in the exam, you only need a graduation degree in any discipline from any recognized university. IBPS conducts four banking exams: IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, IBPS RRB and IBPS SO Exam. Criteria to appear in these exams is different. IBPS Banking Exam are conducted separately for different posts in a bank. So, first visit the above mentioned to know the details.

If by private MBA, you mean a full time MBA course, then yes. You are eligible to apply for an MBA at any of the Symbiosis Institutes with a B.Com degree.
