First of all, your UG Degree should be completed without any backlog remaining, so first clear all your backlog. To pursue Masters in United States you have to appear for entrance exam for various universities, like MIT, University of California.

For doing Masters in labor laws you will have to first do LLB. You can do it from distance. See this link and apply suitable filters

Yes, as per your qualification you are eligible to appear in the UGC NET exam under Sociology or Management. I have written or because as per the NTA guidelines a candidate can appear in the exam for 1 subject only in one session. You are prohibited to fill two forms at a time. But there are certain other criteria also which you need to fulfil to appear in the exam is your age limit. If you are applying for the JRF the, your age must not be more than 30 years of age. There are two options for you, you can either go for B.Sc (3 years) or BHM (4 years). The B.Sc is offered by NCHMCT (Ministry of Tourism) @IHMs across India. This is the most popular option. BHM is offered by almost all hotel management colleges. But, if you are going for private colleges, I would suggest you check out IHM A (TAJ) or welcome group.

For admission in UK you have to score very well in class 12th above 90%, which increases admission + scholarship chances. You have to give language tests and score very well in those exams. Different colleges have different admission procedures for different courses. You can use this link and search the course you want.
