Hello,It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your M.Tech while continuing your job. However, doing any professional course including M.Tech, via distance education is not possible. Hence you need to search for an engineering college in the city where you are working. I am sure you will find it on your own. Just enquire from management if they offer this facility and then go ahead in the college that is offering this facility. Best wishes to you.

I would suggest you to re attempt IELTS your scores are a bit low. The gap won't be an issue, provided you are able to show proof of the activities you did during that period.

Your degree score, I would suggest you aim for 75%+ score in your degree. You would require a score of individual 6.5 and overall 7 band in IELTS and target 550+ score in GMAT. Having at least 1 year of work experience would be helpful.

Hello,
It is indeed very nice to know that you are interested in doing your graduation after completion of your Diploma. Now, if you have done your Diploma after class 12th, then there is no issues. You can simply join any graduation like BA since eligibility is class 12th. However, if you have not done class 12th, then you will have to take "equivalence" to class 12th certificate from the institute where you are doing your Diploma. That's all. However, unlike engineering where you can get admission directly into 2nd here, here you will have to take admission in first year.
Best wishes to you.
