The Basic eligibility criteria to get into a Management program in India is a bachelors degree with 50% aggregate marks so that would stand as it is even if you have a Masters degree from some Foreign University. It would be possible only in the case if the Indian Educational bodies like UGC or AICTE give it an equivalency status.

As per my understanding, one can opt for clinical research after a course in Ayurveda but it is most preferred by those with a background in Dental Science/ Pharmacy / physical therapy etc.
