Hi,
As the country is known for its technical courses, job prospects are good. However, a lot would depend on your interview.
If possible go for a German language course. It may not be mandatory for you to learn the language for the course but will help you to find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 120 full days or 240 half days.
The living expenses may cost upto 740 euros.
After completion of the course, you are allowed to stay back in the country for 1 year to look for a job and then you can convert your student permit to residence permit for gainful employment.
Hope this helps.
Thanks

There is no such authentic list of institutes that i can give you. You could do well to create a list of places you may want to learn at, whether they are in your city or not.
