As per your profile, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years in fertilizer company and then opt for MBA in agribusiness.
The advantage of having work experience after graduation would be:
1. You will gain relevant work experience.
2. After working you will know the market conditions and how day to day operations are carried out in particular industry.
All this experience would surely help you once you start your own venture.
