Hi,
Well it is not advisable for you at this stage to pursue Bachelors from Germany, as you have to go for a 1 -1.5 year bridging course or you have to give an entrance exam conducted by the German university or you have to complete 1 year Bachelors in India.
So, as a friend, I would advice you to complete your bachelors in India and then pursue your masters from Germany.
But as you have asked, I would like to say that as mentioned above, there few institutes offering Bachelors in Automobile in Germany. However, there are few universities that are offering a course related to Automobile engineering and allied are:

you need to pass HSC then only you can go for degree course
because now a days various companies demand degree holder candidate
but besides of that there is lots of external courses are available
like computer course , designing course and many more
then also you can make bright future but need to do hard work
