HI Sadhna,
I think you are in wrong private institute, where you are not getting proper education for BCA course. Because PTU is really good university for regular/distance education programme.
You have option to choose different university for your master course. There is no any problem.
So you can try for ICFAI/IGNOU/SIKKIM MANIPAL UNI.

Complete your graduation and then apply for UPSC exam. Its advertisement normally appears in the month of Feb and the prelims exam is either in May or in June. If you clear it then you appear in the Mains exam and after clearing it you need to get through the Interview process. It is advisable to take the same subject in which you will graduate so that the study becomes comparitively easier for you. Just check if that subject is permissible.
