HI,
Full time coruse is always preferable for quality education. If you looking for part time education so into this part time course you learn limited module, because no one can complete the 7hours education in 2-3 hours.
This part time education is mostly designed for working people or who is already pursuing some other courses, and he want to do the another course.
And in part time you will learn quality education with maximum hours.
But if you are good in learning, whether it is part time/regular/distance course. So there is no any problem.
But think once before going to take admission in anywhere, why you want to take into that module.
