Although, advisable is that you should opt for a full time MBA program from a decent Institute, as full time program not only gives you good practical exposure but also gives you much better job opportunities than a distance learning program especially when you are fresher, as the distance learning programs are for those working professionals who have good amount of working experience.
However, if you are planning for a Distance Learning program few of the institutes which you may consider are:

Annamalai University
IMT
Amity
Anna University
Algappa University
University of Madras
Bangalore University
Pondicherry Univers
