To become a comedian being funny is not the only criteria but one should have a good sense of humour. A good comedian has to be spontaneous and should always be ready with a funny statement to his defense.
Now as you have asked about acting, I would say that acting is a very challenging profession and requires a lot of talent and hard work. Few qualities that a good actor should posses are, A photogenic Face, good looks, good height, attractive voice, an appealing attitude etc. but this is not the case in terms of a comedian, as a comedian has to be funny and spontaneous.

Frankly speaking there are no Institutes which will give you a PhD in Management Psychology in India, you can either get a PhD program in Management or Psychology & as you have M.A. in Psychology you can go for PhD in Psychology. However, while doing PhD in Psychology you may find a specialisation within Psychology like development psychology, corporate psychology etc.
