Even though the university does not recommend applicants from computer science background to apply for this program, you are eligible to apply for the same. You only have to take 1 test i.e. IELTS and target a score above 7.0 band score atleast with a minimum score of 6 in each section. Apart from the IELTS, you would be required to submit a statement of purpose in whcih you would explain to the university as to why they should admit you.
