GRE is required for engineering related programs however GMAT is for MBA also TOEFL / IELTS required if program is taught in English else proficiency in German language is required. Do let me know in which field you are interested so that i can help you accordingly.

You are eligible to apply for a diploma in event management but not for a regular full time degree as your have a 3 years bachelors degree whereas the requirement in Canada for an undergraduate degree is 4 years.
Also, you would be required to retake the IELTS as the minimum band score required by most universities+visa is 6.5 and above with a minimum score of 6 in each section. Let me know if you are interested in pursuing a diploma so that i can suggest you universities accordingly.
