Yes, NEET is a single entrance exam to get in private colleges also, but you have to apply their application form also. Means, only one score is valid at every place but have to apply their forms.

Every year, a students get some marks. If the topper scores 92 marks out of 100, then it will be calculated as 100 percentile. Therefore, you need to score decent marks and it will be converted into percentile.
