For the present you need not worry about these books. You first need to study topics meant for entrance test/preliminary of h UPSC. Star reading some standard book for competitive examination according to the revised syllabus for 2011 that you can find in plenty from the open market. Also for the purpose of current affairs start reading some standard English daily paper. If you can afford, better join some coaching institute for refinement of your knowledge and to gt properly acquainted with the process of competing the exam.

Hi,
In order to pursue your MS from this university, you would need to take the GRE and TOEFL. You would require atleast 75% and above in your btech, a strong GRE score(above 1400) and a strong TOEFL score(95+).
If you have community service in your profile, that is going to be an added advantage.
