No, minimum 60% and 75% recommended are required to study in Canada and New Zealand. Either you pursue the same from India or UK. You might just find some institutions in Uk that would accept you even with 47%.

Well if you had maths in your +2, along with a bachelors from a recognized University, then you stand eligible to apply to any MCA offering institute.
