Hi,
No, minimum 60% and 75% recommended are required to study in Canada and New Zealand. Either you pursue the same from India or UK. You might just find some institutions in Uk that would accept you even with 47%.

If you are inquiring about the institutes which require you to qualify an entrance for the Animation courses, there are few of such institutes. These exams are more or less aptitude type of test where in your analytical, creative, communicative skills are judged.
