Hi Anoop, you need to first prepare your research proposal and send it to the university. The research proposal must include a summary of the proposal and then the proposal in detail. You need to write the topic, reason for doing research, how the research will be beneficial to the community and the university, what is the different thing you are doing that hasn't been undertaken earlier. ielts is all about ur skills in english langauge. there r some tacts & techniques for cracking the exams which is easily available on british council website i.e www.ielts.org.in once u register for exam they will provide u with latest version of cambridge book set which u will find very useful in getting the desire score

Although, there is no concrete list on AICTE approved institutes giving B.Ed, but few of the good Universities which are either UGC or AICTE recognized are: Jamia Millia Islamia, Andhra University, University of Bombay, St. Xaviers College of Education, College Of Teacher Education, and NSS Training College etc.
