Choosing which courses to take in college/university may not seem like a huge decision. Checking boxes to fulfill a patchwork of requirements seems almost too easy. But in essence, you are asking yourself, “What knowledge will equip me with the wisdom required to make life's big decisions?”
Now we will come to your point.You have done MBA-Hr and need to go further for higher studies.Best solution recommended for you is SAP HCM (human capital management).But first check the scope of HCM in your business scenario.In global perspective SAP HCM have good opportunities in terms of job and amount.SAP HR is good module and being fairly decent rate these days after people soft buy out by Oracle.Like anything else it require handwork and dedication.I will suggest to gain some more domain experience. Lean from a good institute and experienced teacher.
What really matters is the aspiration to achieve and it would be better to
choose a field that suits your desire and dream. The next step would be to
check if you have acquired the necessary skill to shine in such field; if
not , go to any length to acquire the skill.This would require great
dedication and hard work from you. ou may need to be oblivious to time and
may require to toil for hours. Then.comes the fruit of labor.a
good future as dreamed by you.If you want to carve a niche for yourself in HR and feel that you have the liking and aptitude, then go for it. Acquiring the related skill becomes an easier task when you pursue your dream. Learn as much as you can and acquire sufficient experience ( you are already in the process of doing so). An
academy program followed by a certification in HCM, as suggested by others,
is a good add-on that adds value.

Great career choice dear! Career in mass communication is highly paid one plus it offers fame too. This industry definitely has huge potential. But, its all up to your capability and skills how high you would go in this field. You can pursue BA in Journalism and Mass Communication just after your 12th. Eligibility criteria for this program is minimum 45% marks at higher and senior secondary level (10th and 12th) and you have to appear for Group Discussion and Interview for admission. Hi Alok, If you're creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. A good mentor and wise selection of courses with a good school, followed by diligent learning, would get you a head start in your career. However, you must check your suitability for this field. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in UI Design, Graphic Design, Storyboarding, Animation Design, Game Design, 3D Modelling, Texturing and Lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation (2D and 3D). However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. So going for a generic course covering all or most of these would be the best way to get started in these careers. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this (if you work hard you can improve your drawing skills tremendously).
