Dear,
Yes, you can apply in every programme of Amity University Noida except Engineering or B.Tech programme in Amity School of Engineering and Technology with your NIOS board.
If you want to apply for B.Tech programme with your NIOS board, you should have JEE Mains score. You can apply in Amity School of Engineering which is affiliated to AIEEE.
You need to check Amity's website to check the eligibility and admission process which is:

Please check your MAT score percentile, last year's cutoff was 99.96 percentile. Yes the institute is good for overall development as it is a student driven institute.
