for animation courses you need to have prior experince and qualification in the related field. For the admission process you are also to a portfolio which will be sent to the university/college with other educational documents.also I would lik to know what course in animation you would like to do.there is 3d animation, Gamaing etc.do you want to go in for diploma courses or masters.

You need to get specific information from each B School , because the cut off percentage, will vary from one B School to another. In case, you are not able to make it to the top 100 B Schools in India, look at giving your CAT again, in November 2011 .

There are very few institutes available offering an option of M.tech through distance, yet you may refer to the following link:

Chances to get the specialization in Chemical engineering is even rare yet you may consider contacting the institutions directly.
However, it is least advised to opt for M.tech through the distance mode and would instead would have been better if you could go for it through the regular mode as the same would be far better in all respects.
