Hi Avinash, if you are planning to approach the local Govt Universities then you will have to do it directly as no agent in India represents them. As far as the other private institutes are concerned you can either directly apply or take help from consultants.
And if its about recognition of qualification then also you can go ahead as Indian qualification are accepted with open heart in Singapore. Its just that the Universities will require you to have GRE and TOEFL or IELTS score.

Nanoengineering+MBA is a very good option. Once you pursue the MBA, you can open your own company and manufacture products or sell products and services that come under nanoengineering. BE+MS will qualify you to work in the technical front, but a MBA will qualify you to work in the managerial front.
