Well I would advise you to complete your M.Sc and if possible take it as your priority to complete your pending Masters degree. Also as it seems that you are inclined to pursue a career in teaching, for this purpose you are also eligible to write your NET exam and secure a career in lectureship.

Although, you are heading in a right direction, but I would say that the real value of the degree can only be judged once you start searching for a job. Generally it is advised that a person should go for a full time degree course as it has better market value, however, the opinion may differ from person to person, according to me more than the degree your capabilities, performance on the programme and how you use the knowledge earned at the time of job placements.

If you are planning for an MBA, I would suggest you to go for a full time MBA from a decent Institute like S.P. Jain, K.J. Somaiya etc. However, if you want to go for a correspondence programme go for an Institute which UGC or AICTE & DEC approved, like IGNOU, Amity University, Annamalai University, Mumbai University, Welingkar etc.
