After completing B.Pharma, you have two options, i.e:
1.To opt for a Job.
2. To opt for further studies (MBA or M.Pharma)
How ever as per your profile, it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for higher studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
You will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
After working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue masters in same or related fields, where as if you are interested in management you can pursue MBA.

Well Integrated B.TECH + MBA is not available. I would suggest you to go for B.TECH 2nd year through lateral entry on the basis of 3 year Diploma. Once done with B.tech, you can consider either of the two following options:-
1. An engineering graduate along with an MBA degree straightaway starts his/her career in an organization from the position of a manager. So pick up regular MBA.
2. Take the campus placements and work hard and gain reasonable experience of minimum 3 years. And once you personally feel ready to take the jump, go ahead with 1 year Executive MBA, designed for working professionals.
