After completing BBA, you have two options, i.e:
1.To opt for a Job.
2. To opt for further studies (MBA)
How ever as per your profile, it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years after completing graduation and then opt for higher studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
You will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
After working you will know in which specialization (marketing, finance, HR) you are actually interested in.
This work experience would help you to get admission in good universities and institutes.
Finally if you work for some years, you can yourself finance partial or full tuition fees for the universities.

It all depends on the career aspirations that you have, what kind of job interests you. Since you are from B.Com background finance seems the best option. After MBA in finance you have the option to join the banking sector, stock trading, mutual funds or finance department of any company. If you are not interested in any of these then you have option to go in for HR or Marketing. Both the streams too have a good scope. There are many students after B.Com are interested in switching stream to IT. So that is also an option. In many institutes there is an option for dual specialisation. You can select based on the job interest. Another way of selecting is based on subjects you fare well during the first year. You can select based on that too.
