For CS and civil both have maths up to 3 semesters. But CS has more maths in the later semester as compared to civil. Don't fear from maths. Choose according to your choice. If you go for BBA there is much less maths than B.Tech.

Ranking wise, they are different because BIMM and BIMHRD are good in placements. Rest, just are endorsed because of the Brand Name associated. First 75 Companies come for BIMM Students because the cream layer is all there. The Best Students with better Percentile and Overall Academics get BIMM so obviously there are differences. But in terms of " Opportunities" No one will stay jobless due to strong TPO. Best regards.
