Yes, you can do MCA from distance learning universities. The duration will be 3 years. Many universities provide MCA via distance like Amity Distance Learning University, Mewar Distance Learning University and Suresh Gyan Vihar Distance Learning University.

I think a score of 130-140 will make your score in top 100. Therefore, anything above 100-120 is best for IHM Pusa or IHM Mumbai. NCHMJEE by Arun Sharma is the best book to be followed.
