If you are from Kashmir, then Srinagar becomes home state NIT. Percentile required will be higher. But, then you have obtained a very good percentile. I feel you should be able to get admission without any hassle. According to my analysis of JEE 2018 record-
Rank, around 1 lac (Marks-75) will get you seat in NIT Warangal with branch BIOTECHNOLGY (Least preferred branch). Rank around 70-80 K (Marks-85) will get you branches like Civil and Chemical. Rank around 40-50 K (Marks-100) will get you branches like Mechanical and electrical. Rank around 30K ( Marks-125) will get you ECE branch. Rank around 10K (Marks-175) will get you CSE branch. Marks that I have written is with respect to JEE 2018. Above stats are for other state student. Home state students will get little relaxation on ranks.
