Of course yes. Eligibility for getting entry into a flying school where skills to become commercial pilot are taught is class 12th with PCM. It is required. It can be waived if the university allows you to do so. You have to write directly to the university and ask for waivers. It can be waived off if you have a very strong profile and have completed your studies from an English medium institute. Write to the university.

You are already a graduate in Computer Science and working abroad since 2016. In India, for a person to work in any capacity as a financial consultant, one needs to obtain certification as Certified Financial Planner. That's all. It is a post graduate certificate course. Best wishes to you.
