Class 12th marks is only the eligibility criteria for filling the entrance exam application form. However, some colleges such as DU offers direct admission on the merit basis of your class 12th percentage. (but for good college under DU, you need to get more than 92% in your class 12th).

There are very few (negligible) colleges in India which offers foreign trade (International Business) specialisation at Bachelor level. For demand also, you should to go for BBA Finance (out of the given two options). Because the job vacancy in international business is almost zero in undergraduate level, at finance level you can still find some job. Hence, my recommendation is BBA Finance.
