In your case, you have 2 options:
1) Either to pursue a PG diploma of 1 year duration and then apply to US. This is the only way you can make yourself eligible to study in US or
2) You can pursue a degree in UK, Australia, or Europe.

Hi,
There are hardly any universities in US that offer MBA without GMAT. Those universities which do offer such a criteria are not recognized, nor have a good brand name. It is highly recommended that you take the GMAT.

As Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance, it would be unfair on my part to give my personal opinion on any two specific Institutes. However, both ITM and IPE are ranked equally, but ITM being present at the national level has better market standing. As far as the placements are concerned although both the institutes provide full placements assistance it would largely depend on your own capabilities, performance on the programme and how you use the knowledge earned at the time of placements.
