Hi, this is university and profile specific. If you had biology ideally you can. However a second bachelor degree is not accepted by many universities , you can look for Graduate Certificate or PG Diploma courses in pharmacy fields and then go for a MS. I will advise you to email some universities with your profile, they will guide you promptly basis their internal admission requirements. Please refer to the options here

You may not able to get a reasonably good Institute abroad for BBA & MBA with yearly budget of Rs 5 to 8 Lakhs. Indis has very good Institutes for BBA & MBA which are comparable with best in world. Also, abroad placement support systems is not as developed and mature as in Indian Institutes. It is recommended that you may evaluate studying BBA/MBA in India also.

330 is a good score for SC Category. You may get a MBBS seat. But if you think that you can score better than this, you can opt for NEET 2. But you have to leave your NEET 1 score.

Hi, you must take the SAT and enroll into a four years bachelor degree program in US. There is no direct MBBS program in US. After completing your bachelor degree you must take the MCAT , both your bachelor degree grades and MCAT performance will be vital for admissions to a medical school. Additionally you must take TOEFL. Some of the best universities you can consider are University of Pennsylvania, John Hopkins, University of California -Los Angeles, Drexel University etc. Hope this helps.
