You can check that there are many colleges in India providing Masters education. In that, you can find some colleges which will provide you with international Masters in India. I live in Ahmedabad. Hi, this is university and profile specific. If you had biology ideally you can. However a second bachelor degree is not accepted by many universities , you can look for Graduate Certificate or PG Diploma courses in pharmacy fields and then go for a MS.
