All three degrees are equally good. It is difficult to compare BCom with BCA as both are graduations from different fields. If you compare BCom with BCom (Hons), I will recommend Hons degree over pure vanilla degree because of its more market acceptance. You are advised to chose degree based on your interests to excel.

Hi Abhishek,
DU runs selective courses in B.Tech and admissions are based on best of 4 subjects. Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

Hi,
Yes, SSN College of Engineering, Kalavakkam is better to do engineering. It is one among the top colleges to do engineering and it comes under Anna University.
In SSN, all branches do have good coaching and placements but you can go for CSE, mechanical or ECE as they have better placements.

Hi, for any of the Master in Medicine you need to take MCAT and also obtain the registration of that particular country. For every details in terms of requirements, fees, intake you can check with Canada medical council. Internship in medical field is not quite possible outside as again you must go through rigorous formalities and generally not allowed. I will suggest you gain your internship experience here, prepare for MCAT and research on the Canada Medical Council requirements for timely application and better prospects.

I will suggest you to choose MBA in Finance, An MBA in Finance means an MBA with a major in Finance.
