NIT Rourkela MBA programme takes B.Tech students of any branch with a minimum CGPA of 6.5. And the shortlisted candidates who takes admission for the same have to study for 2 years i.e. 2 semester per year. There is no lateral entry for students.

You can go and study a masters course in the same field. If you wish to go there and work, you will first have to find a job in your industry, which is hard only with a bachelors degree. It is advisable you first work in India, gain work experience and then apply to jobs abroad or you study your masters in hospitality from US.

It is advised that you initially clear 12th and prepare for FTII entrance. Once you clear the exam, you can get into the top institute of India. and pursue a course in direction.
