See both engineering and commerce course can help you land land into MBA, but both have their pros and cons. Commerce will built up your base for MBA while engineering will shape more of your technical skills . I would also suggest you to choose what interests you more. May be you are interested in engineering and who knows you will land up doing ME instead MBA(just give it a thought).

One way is to go for polytechnic and then take admission directly into second year of B.tech with computer science. Personally I would not recommend you to go for polytechnic. You better go for 12th and take admission into B.tech with CS.

If you want to pursue your career in law after class 12th, then you can go for some integrated degree like BA + LLB Hons. Eligibility criteria for pursuing BA LLB Hons. in most of the top universities is pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 and you might have to clear some entrance test. (Depending upon the university you want to take admission in.)
For good placement opportunity, it will be advisable if you do your degree from a well-known university. It must provide outstanding exposure and professional enhancement training. Some top universities offering BA LLB are:
Lovely Professional University- Punjab, Auro University-Surat, Ba
